Services

Tracia Creative provides website design and development, along with ongoing Managed Hosting & Care plans. The exact scope of work, deliverables, setup fee and monthly fee for your project are described in the quote we provide before work begins.

Quotes and payment

Every project starts with a written quote. Work begins once the quote is approved and the setup fee is received. Monthly fees for Managed Hosting & Care plans are billed in advance each month.

Late payments may pause work or services until the balance is settled.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, images and information needed for your website, review and approve work in a reasonable time, and confirm that materials you provide do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Revisions and timelines

Each quote includes the number of revision rounds covered. Timelines assume prompt feedback and materials from you. Long delays in feedback may move the delivery date.

Ownership and portfolio

Once your project is fully paid, you own the final website design and content delivered to you. We may keep copies for our records and, unless you ask us not to, mention the project in our portfolio.

Third-party services

Some projects rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, email providers or booking tools. Fees those providers charge are separate and billed directly to you by them.

Cancellation

Either side can end a Managed Hosting & Care plan with 30 days written notice. Completed design work is not refundable, since the time and deliverables have already been provided.

Liability

We work carefully, but no service is perfect. Our liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
