What the plan covers

A Managed Hosting & Care plan keeps your website online, secure and up to date. Each month we take care of:

• Reliable hosting with a valid security certificate
• Software, theme and plugin updates
• Regular backups
• Security monitoring and basic fixes
• Small content updates and tweaks, within the limits of your plan

What the plan does not cover

New page builds, redesigns, or large additions are quoted separately, so your monthly fee stays predictable. Anything beyond the plan's included hours is confirmed with you before it is billed.

Billing

The plan is billed monthly in advance. The monthly fee is the one stated in your quote or plan summary, and it stays the same unless we agree on a change.

Cancellation

You can cancel with 30 days written notice. After cancellation, we will help you move your site to a new provider so nothing goes dark.

Third-party services

Your website may rely on third-party tools such as email services, booking systems or payment processors. Their pricing, availability and policies are set by them, and their fees are billed directly to you.
