How much does a website cost?+
Starter Website: $995 setup + $79/month. Business Website: $1,495 setup + $99/month. Optional add-ons are quoted individually.
Why is there a setup fee and monthly fee?+
The setup fee covers strategy, design, development and launch. Managed Hosting & Care covers ongoing hosting, maintenance, monitoring, backups, support and included content updates.
Is Managed Hosting & Care required?+
Yes, for websites hosted and managed by Tracia Creative.
Do I own my domain?+
Clients should own their business domain whenever practical. We'll help you connect it.
Is SEO included?+
Foundational on-page SEO is included. Ongoing SEO campaigns and guaranteed rankings are not.
What happens if my monthly payment is late?+
Payment reminders are provided. Service may be temporarily suspended if payment remains outstanding for 14 days after the due date.
Can I make changes later?+
Yes. Each care plan includes a defined amount of minor update time each month. Larger changes are quoted separately. Unused update time does not roll over.
How long does a website take?+
Timelines depend on scope, content, revisions, functionality and client response time. We'll give you a realistic estimate on your discovery call.
