Thank you for choosing Tracia Creative LLC for your design needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality design services and digital items.

All purchases are made via Stripe which employs SSL encryption. Your information is not retained throughout this process and it is safe and secure to utilize your credit and debit cards.

Due to the nature of our digital products and services, we do not offer refunds. Once a design has been approved by you and the final files have been delivered, the sale is final and non-refundable.

Downloadable items qualify as “used” once it has been downloaded or opened. As a result, all transactions made on www.traciacreative.com for downloadable products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. There is a stringent no-refund policy for downloadable products.

We take pride in the quality of our work and will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your design. If there are any issues with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final files and we will do our best to address any concerns and make any necessary revisions.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise due to changes made to the design by a third party after the final files have been delivered.

We understand that purchasing design services and digital items can be a significant investment, which is why we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and support throughout the design process.

Our team of designers works closely with clients to ensure that all design projects meet or exceed expectations. We strive to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.

In the rare case where a project is not completed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, such as providing credit towards a future project or offering additional revisions.

Please note that we reserve the right to use your designs for promotional purposes.
